What is MCTI
The Mechanical Craft
Training Institute
The Mechanical Craft Training Institute

Here you can perfect your craft, make connections in the industry, and expand your skills to make you more professionally versatile. The training you receive at MCTI will help position you for vocational advancement — to foreman and beyond. Simply trying to learn a craft through on-the-job training makes it extremely difficult to achieve success and mastery, so MCTI aims to fill that gap. You’ll have the opportunity to gain knowledge in a classroom setting structured to provide hands-on learning and application. Additionally, if you are a member of the apprenticeship program, the knowledge you learn will be applied immediately in the field.
